Experience the nourishment that comes from prolonged silence and stillness in this full-day mindfulness and meditation retreat. This retreat is designed for all levels and and includes instructions and guidance throughout the day on various meditative/contemplative practices including; walking, seated/lying down, and loving-kindness practice, as well as prolonged periods of silence for deeper introspection.
Time will be given before the end of the retreat to reflect and ask questions. Various props (including chairs) are available for use.

Dancing Mindfulness: Invites you to find the rhythms of the body through energy and connection of breath, sensation , sound,movement and music. Dancing mindfulness is not choreographed , the intention is to truly move your body in whatever which way feels congruent to you. There is no right or wrong. This is an opportunity to drop below the mind and allow the body to lead the way. *No dance experience required.
Seated & Walking Practice: Invites you to find explore the inner workings of the mind, body and heart through gentle guidance and instruction. This is an opportunity to learn how to dwell more deeply in the present moment, and explore a new way of relating to your inner and outer world, one mindful moment at a time.
*No meditation experience required.
What to bring: Bagged lunch, plus anything else that may provide you with comfort for the day (i.e. yoga mat, blanket, cushion, etc). Tea and snacks will be provided.
What to wear: Wear layers and comfortable clothing
