During this time of global uncertainty and of inner and outer unrest, we need more than ever the right tools that can boost our sense of personal resiliency and empowerment to enhance our well-being, so we can take care of the rest.

WRAP® Wellness Recovery Action Plan is an evidence-based wellness program that encourages personal responsibility, positive mental health, self-determination, self-mastery, and self-awareness for all demographics.

This is a facilitated group learning process, where you will create your own wellness plan. This plan is a tool that helps you make healthier choices and face life’s challenges with courage and insight.

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • Week One- May 26th & May 28th
  • Week Two- June 2nd & June 4th
  • Week Three- June 9th & June 11th
  • Week Four- June 16th

Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Online Platform: Zoom

Facilitators: Jenn Cusick, Advanced Level WRAP Facilitator, and Brandi Matheson, Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher

Cost: We understand that these are hard times for many. Many people are in need of something supportive like this and are also living on a limited budget. So we have decided to reduce our rates for this event, and are offering 3 different tier options for donations. Please pay what you can generously afford, as there is no funding for this workshop.

  • TIER 1- $200
  • TIER 2- $150
  • TIER 3- $100
