Bathing has been used in rituals for centuries around the world. Bathing can help relax the mind and ease physical pain. Soaking in salts are known to ease muscles and joints, stimulate circulation, calm irritated skin, detox the body and overall be very relaxing and calming for the mind and spirit.
Self Love Ritual Bath Workshop - create a herbal self-love salt bath blend using a combination of Epsom salts, dead sea salts, and pink Himalayan salts. There will be a selection of herbs you can add to make a personalized, custom soak, that will be blended with intention and love during the workshop. Lavender, Rose petals, Chamomile, calendula flowers, jasmine flowers, rosemary, mint, and lemon balm will be some of the options you can use in creating your very own bath blend.

Tarah has been in the beauty industry for 20 years. Working as a hairstylist and esthetician, self-care has always been a priority. After retiring from hair from chronic pain, Tarah pursued a passion in herbalism to connect deeper with plants, to find more support and comfort with Mother Earth's gifts. Bathing has been a way Tarah has coped with pain and found many benefits by adding different salts and herbs. With a deeper understanding and knowledge of herbs, Tarah started creating her own botanical ritual baths, thus Conjuring Karma was created.
