Death Cafés are a place of open sharing and encouragement. This is a group-directed, open discussion and safe space to share stories and embrace each other’s experiences.
This free event is open to all members of the community. Join us for the conversation by registering on our website.
Space is limited, please pre-register to reserve your spot. We do encourage attendees to support Chai Rock Café with the purchase of a beverage and/or snack, however, this is not required to partake in the Death Café. Unsure what to order? Chai Rock Café is known for their uniquely crafted Chai Tea!
In-person participation details:
Effective September 13/21, the BC Government requires people aged 12+ to show proof of vaccination to get into certain events and businesses in BC. Additional information can be found on the BC Government website. Proof of vaccine, along with a piece of photo ID for those age 19+, are required upon arrival for this in-person event. Masks are also required until seated.
