Who is Brandi?
With over twelve years’ experience in the mental health field, Brandi understands the depth of human suffering, along with a deep compassionate wish to relieve it. As a therapeutic tool for optimum mental health and wellness, Brandi has extensive training/mentorship in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. She is a qualified teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the University of Massachusetts, Centre for Mindfulness, along with specialized certification in ‘Trauma Sensitive’ yoga through Langara College, Vancouver, B.C
