Introduction to Attitudinal Healing
This is a PAST Event.
We are living in a time of great change, chaos and uncertainty. The voices of fear can be so loud and distracting that we feel threatened and find it difficult to make sense of it all, find our balance and maintain some degree of inner peace. How do we QUIET OUR MINDS and STEADY OUR HEARTS in such a time as this?
ATTITUDINAL HEALING offers a safe place, a kind of inner sanctuary, from a hectic life. It's a dynamic (yet gentle) approach that combines MINDFUL PRESENCE with CONSCIOUS CHOICE.
Instructor:Nadya Dandurand is a teacher and healing therapist who has worked professionally with groups and individuals in many settings, (including: the University of the Fraser Valley, Abbotsford School District, Mission Hospice and other community organizations.)Trained and Inspired by the Centre for Attitudinal Healing in Sausalito, California, she offers this program with the sincere hope that we can all learn to see ourselves and and each other through eyes that are less fearful and more compassionate and loving.
