This is an ongoing program!
Join Brandi for a 60-minute group session on meditation and mindfulness. Session will include 20-30 minutes meditation plus 15-20 minutes of learning mindfulness and grounding exercises. Develop practises to find peace and wellness in your life. Learn to meditate in a safe and supported environment.
Each class includes, an opening / closing practice, talk/ discussion about mindfulness / meditation practice and how it relates to everyday life.
Who is Brandi?
With over twelve years’ experience in the mental health field, Brandi understands the depth of human suffering, along with a deep compassionate wish to relieve it. As a therapeutic tool for optimum mental health and wellness, Brandi has extensive training / mentorship in yoga, mindfulness and meditation. She is qualified teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the University of Massachusetts, Centre for Mindfulness, along with specialized certification in ‘Trauma Sensitive’ yoga through Langara College, Vancouver, B.C.
