Thank you for your help ensuring our holistic wellness events run smoothly!

LIVE VIRTUAL EVENTS

Spiritual Path to Awakening (SPA) is proud to offer our holistic wellness events in a digital setting.

SPA virtual events are offered through ZOOM. For an optimized ZOOM experience, it is recommended learners attend on a computer, laptop, or tablet, however the link will allow learners to join via a smartphone. We also recommend learners ensure their ZOOM is up-to-date: a step-by-step tutorial on how to update to the latest version can be found on the ZOOM Website.

Learners are admitted into virtual events at the posted event start time. We recommend signing onto ZOOM and activating the link 5-minutes ahead of the event start time to confirm your tech is working properly.

We invite learners to set up their learning environment to be moved, inspired, and creatively activated. Find a comfortable space and consider our suggestions:

  • Clear, cleanse and calm your space (suggested: sound or smoke cleanse, clear away distractions, light a candle, quiet your technology, and/or get comfortable with a blanket, warm socks, cozy clothing)

  • Pen/paper within reach to capture thoughts, feelings, and notes from the event

  • Pour a beverage, light a candle, and get ready to be immersed!

This is a space for sharing: SPA encourages learners of our virtual events to connect in the ZOOM space about the offering’s content and their own personal goals. Please share with each other rather than advise, using "I" statements and not making assumptions about others' experiences. Share your pronouns in your name (if you're comfortable) and always respect others'. If prompted, recommend additional resources to one another and help each other with patience and compassion. Please be kind and gentle to yourself and to each other. Please communicate with respect and consideration. Practice step back, step forward mindfulness: if you are someone who always shares, perhaps let others do so. ZOOM links however are not for sharing! Please do not share the ZOOM links, passcodes, or recordings with anyone else.

This is a safe spaceAll enrolled learners of SPA virtual events are welcome. This is an inclusive space for all learners: abuse and intolerance of any kind are not permitted. If learners perpetrate abuse, racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, ableism, fatphobia, and/or participate in any form of bullying or harassment, they will be removed. What is shared in the offering is confidential between learners and SPA. By participating, learners acknowledge that all course materials and learner communications are strictly confidential.
