15 MINUTES FOR PEACE (Weekly, In-Person)
During periods of pressure and disconnect, people desire for peace.
Peace of Mind. Peace on Earth. Peace of Body. Peace between Friends & Nations.
Come as you are to join the Abbotsford Interfaith Movement (AIM) & Spiritual Path to Awakening (SPA) at the International Friendship Garden for 15 MINUTES FOR PEACE.
Tuesdays, Weekly from 12:15pm – 12:30pm at the International Friendship Garden. We will gather beneath the Golden Tree monument for a few moments of mindful focus & peace building.
We welcome everyone from all walks of life to take part in this short, intentional time. We are grateful for the diverse, worldly community that makes up Abbotsford. We intend for the 15 MINUTES FOR PEACE initiative to nurture, inspire and fuel peace in our city.
For those unable to join us in person, we encourage you to take a few moments every Tuesday to reflect on peace for yourself and others in our community.
This event is not pausing over the 2022 holiday season, it will take place rain, snow, or shine each Tuesday. Tuesday, January 10, 2023 is the one-year anniversary of the 15 MINUTES FOR PEACE initiative.
