Who is Brandi?
Brandi is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher and Yoga teacher. Brandi has extensive training in mindfulness meditation, yoga, specialized training in 'Trauma-Sensitive' yoga. Most of all, Brandi is deeply committed to these practices, and truly believes in their power to enhance one’s quality of life, moment by moment.
