Spiritual Path to Awakening (SPA) welcomes you to the Hammer Flower Cards & Bookmarks Workshop, led by Daria Volokhova.

$25.00 per person. All materials provided.
HammerFlower is a botanical art project that uses real flowers and leaves hammered into paper and fabrics. At this all-materials provided workshop in downtown Abbotsford, attendees will learn the unique, eco-consciousness technique of HammerFlower & create two cards + two bookmarks (just ahead of Mother's Day!)
This event is open to all members of the community, no experience necessary. Space is limited, please pre-register on the Spiritual Path to Awakening website to reserve your spot.

*Effective April 8/22, the BC Government is removing vaccine passport requirements for organized events. Additional details can be found on the BC Government website: www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/info/restrictions. As this SPA Event takes place after April 8/22, proof of vaccine with a photo ID is no longer required to register/attend. Mask requirements at organized events have been removed as well, however, if attendees choose to wear a mask for increased comfort this is welcomed.
Trinity Memorial United Church is located at 33737 George Ferguson Way in downtown Abbotsford, BC. V2S 2M4. Free parking is available onsite (in the church parking lot) for event attendees. If you require accessible parking/entry, please contact the SPA Coordinator immediately following your registration at path.awakening@gmail.com. This workshop will take place in “Conference Room B” located on the upper level of the church.

HammerFlower is a botanical art project that uses real flowers and leaves hammered into paper and fabrics.
It was discovered while searching for an alternative and more ecological way of dying fabrics.
We create art and fashion to bring awareness about eco-consciousness as well as mental health.
Hammering flowers changed our perspective on many things. We look at nature with more appreciation and respect now. Became more conscious about relationships between society and nature and how it affects mental health.
